EVENTS AT GUNSTON HALL

Gunston Hall offers special focus tours, family events, and scholarly symposia throughout the year. Our flagship annual events are Plantation Christmas, a candlelit step back in time held in early December; the March Kite Festival, a day of family fun that The Washington Post considers to be among the area’s finest annual events; and the Decorative Arts Symposium, which presents a full day of scholarship on topics such as 18th-century architecture, furnishings, and/or lifestyles.
